I have woked in the field of child welfare in New York City for 30 plus years. As a director, on the executive and program levels, I specialize in foster boarding home development, recruitment and training of foster parents and staff, and placement services. My background includes providing direct, supervisory and management services in residential settings for youth in residential treatment setting, pregnant and parenting settings and hard to place boarding homes. My career pursuits and accomplishments also include program development and implementation, and advising on best practice in foster home development and child welfare placement trends.
